MFT Brings Laptops and a Projector to Bongolava, Madagascar

In April 2026, our Madagascar partner MFT (Madagascar Fanantenana Teknolojia) delivered 10 refurbished laptops and a projector to the Regional Directorate of Youth and Sports of Bongolava — equipment donated through the ERA network.

The Regional Directorate coordinates youth and sports programming across the Bongolava region, and until now it had to do that work with almost no technology. Ten laptops give staff real tools to plan, document and run their programs. The projector may be the quiet star of the donation: it turns any room with a wall into a training space for workshops, presentations and youth events.

The handover, captured above, is the last step of a long chain — equipment retired by donors, refurbished and securely wiped, then carried the final mile by people who know exactly where it is needed.

MFT across Madagascar

MFT is one of the ERA network's busiest international partners. Beyond Bongolava, MFT has delivered network donations to Lycée Andohalo, the Commune d'Ambohimangakely and Ank'izy, putting refurbished technology in front of students and communities across Madagascar.
