As ERA grows across the U.S., we're focusing our donation program on Florida schools, nonprofits and community programs. Tell us what you need and we'll match your request with refurbished inventory and coordinate delivery across Florida as availability allows.
BOOK A PICKUP
For businesses, schools and organizations retiring 10+ devices, we'll come to you. Free pickups in major Florida metros and surrounding areas; larger jobs and out-of-state logistics on request.
RECYCLE BY MAIL
For residents and remote workers anywhere in the US. Tell us what you're sending and we'll email you a free prepaid UPS or FedEx shipping label for qualified small devices — laptops, tablets, phones and the like. Pack them in any sturdy box, drop it at a UPS Store or FedEx location, or have FedEx pick it up at your door.
We review each request before sending your label. Large items like TVs and monitors — or boxes of cables alone — don't qualify for a free label, but reach out anyway and we'll point you to the right option.
HOST AN EVENT
A program the ERA network has run for years in Canada — now available to Florida groups. Your school, church, nonprofit or community group collects devices; we handle everything else, at no cost to you.
BECOME A PARTNER
Whether you're a Florida school district looking for refurbished devices, a business retiring IT assets, or a community organization with an idea — we'd like to hear from you.
Partners can host an ERA collection receptacle on-site, in one of three tiers — serviced weekly, monthly or quarterly, all provided at no charge.
VOLUNTEER
Help sort, test and refurbish donated equipment at our Florida facility. Great for students, IT professionals brushing up hardware skills, and anyone who wants to give back in a tangible way.
And there's something in it for you: volunteers who complete their hours earn a refurbished computer to take home.
YOUTH PROGRAMS
Our youth programs turn refurbished components into hands-on learning. In Parts to PC, students build a working PC from parts, take it home, and gain technical skills in the process. The format is proven — the ERA network's Canadian workshops regularly fill up — and it's launching at our Fort Lauderdale warehouse.
